LeanVal Asset Management AG was originally founded in 1991 as Conservative Concept Portfolio Management (CCPM). AG was founded and developed into an established provider of alternative option-based volatility strategies as well as multi-asset strategies. Today, LVAM AG manages several hundred million euros for investors from the DACH region with 14 employees.
LeanVal Asset Management AG is a stock corporation under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. It is supervised by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and manages equities and alternative investments with a volume in the single-digit billion range.
The core competencies lie in the management of benchmark-independent strategies with a focus on liquid, exchange-traded financial instruments. LVAM AG thus offers its customers additional benefits in terms of steady and risk-optimized returns in almost any market environment.
With our expertise in accounting and company valuation, LeanVal Research GmbH prepares historical annual financial statements and creates forecast annual financial statements for the future. Our goal is an above-average high quality of the data in terms of topicality, completeness and plausibility. Unlike our competitors, we differentiate between the total cost and cost of sales method.
We are accounting and business valuation specialists with a particular focus on business unit risk evaluation, determining value drivers over time, and competitive analysis. The stringent analysis and valuation approach, based on the ROIC valuation (“Return on Invested Capital”), is supported by our proprietary software with elements of artificial intelligence.
